In three generations there is a good chance our names will be forgotten, even by our families. So why does everyone care so much about what they look like? Body dysmorphia is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance, flaws that are often not noticed by other people. I can confidently say that I am guilty of this.
